Meeting with Mr. Chime Youngdung of the National Democratic Party of Tibet

Dear friends,



Mr. Chime Youngdung, the President of the National Democratic Party of Tibet (based in Dharamsala) is going to visit Belgium from 20-27th June 2010. After Belgium he will also visit Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and Spain.

The purpose of Mr. Youngdung's visit to Europe is:
  • to speak about the present situation in Tibet
  • to meet the Tibetan communities in exile in connection with the Kalon Tripa elections in 2011
  • to raise more awareness about Tibet in general.


  • Therefore we invite you to a meeting of Mr. Chime Youngdung with the Tibetan Community in Belgium on Saturday 26th June 2010 from 14.00 - 17.00 o'clock in "Wok van Antwerpen", Carnotstraat 123, 2060 Antwerpen.

    This meeting is specially organized for all the Tibetans in Belgium and the discussion is only in Tibetan.

    The visit of Mr. Youngdung is of a great importance, because the mean reason of his visit is to speak with the Tibetan people in exile about the Tibetan elections next year.
    Therefore we hope to see you there too and please invite and bring along all your friends.

    Tibetan activist Lhakpa Tsering arrives from Italy on his bike at the House of Tibet in Barcelona May 30, 2010.
    Lhakpa started his motorcycle tour on March 10, 2010 at the United Nations in New York City to raise awareness about the situation in Tibet and he has now travelled to some 22 nations.

    He is arriving in Brussels Belgium today tuesday 15th of June, around 4pm at ( Bld Louis Mettewie 43 bte 9 Molenbeek Sint Jean 1080 Brussel) if you have time to receive him on time there with a welcome Khata.

    And Wednesday 16th June at 12pm TACG(Tibetan Association of Chushi Gangdrup) organize that their 52th anniversary of DCG(Dokham Chushi Gangdrup) in Antwerpen in library(Permeke) so at the same time TCB organize that to invite Mr Lhapa Tsering to introduce himself, and give his goals, and reasons why he's doing this.
    So we would like to request to all of you, please to participate, and to invite him with a Welcome Khata with as many people as you can.
